As you can see, the blog is up and running!
While we are gone, I will do my best to update the site as frequently as possible (whether I will be able to do that daily though, we'll have to wait and see). It should be a useful tool to keep everyone posted with news, anecdotes of our misadventures, and pictures. Be sure to navigate the site a bit (I've posted all of the old "Japan emails" I've sent thus far). As you can see, there is the capability to post comments on any entry(just click the blue "comments" link at the bottom of any post), however you may need to register with a username--it's all free and relatively easy to set up.
As for the latest news, I have been promised that the final info (or at least, the most up-to-date) should be in my hands by Monday. As soon as I get a chance to see what's there, I'll post another update (and probably an email as well). Stay tuned...

Hey look! The comments feature is working...You don't even need to register: Just click the "other" option and type in your name...
