The Third Email

OK folks!

I just got off the phone with Peggy Cella, the coordinator at CHI. The good news is that the bulk of our materials (insurance cards, medical forms, food money, etc.) is in the mail and will be in my hands by Monday. So rest assured, everything is being taken care of. As soon as I get a chance to sort through it, I will be in touch to see if there is any additional information that I need from you.

So, as you start to pack this weekend (hint, hint) keep your eyes peeled for a few incoming emails--Peggy even mentioned that she may be in touch directly. For now though, that's all the new info I have to offer. Host family arrangements--I've been assured--are being finalized as we speak. As the details keep rolling in, I'll continue to send them your way. Let me know if there are any pressing concerns or issues...and be sure to double check all your arrangements are in order (passports, phone cards, etc.)!
